Interactive Reading Coach provides educational tools, including reading passages, cognitive quizzes, real-time scaffolding, and behavioral diagnostics for students, educators, and school administrators. The service utilizes our Comprehension Core Engine V1.0 to generate insights based on user interactions.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Educators & Admins: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (e.g., Teacher Portal). You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Students: Student access must be authorized by an educator, parent, or school administrator. Students are expected to use the platform for educational purposes and refrain from attempting to bypass anti-cheating mechanisms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Comprehension Core Engine, behavioral matrix algorithms, or data ingestion pipelines.
• Upload or input any malicious code, viruses, or inappropriate text passages into the system.
• Share accounts or access credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Interactive Reading Coach, including but not limited to the cognitive domain framework, behavioral matrix designs, logos, and UI elements, are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

5. Content Generation and AI

Our platform uses AI to generate reading missions, vocabulary cards, and questions. While we strive for high accuracy and appropriateness, educators are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before assigning it to students to ensure it meets their specific educational standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Interactive Reading Coach is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
